Charming colonial house in the heart of the bohemian district, with rooms furnished with beautiful old-fashioned woodwork

This charming colonial house is in the heart of Santa Teresa, just a few hundred meters from the bohemian quarter. Mauricio, a native French speaker, does everything to make his guests feel at home. Everything here is simple and tasteful. Rooms are furnished with beautiful old-fashioned woodwork. Some have air-conditioning and private bathrooms, while others have fans and/or shared bathrooms. The pool is very pleasant and the welcome is in French. The marmosets mischievously spy on guests during breakfast.
