Chef Rafa Costa e Silva, after 5 years officiating at the prestigious Spanish restaurant Mundaritz, chose to settle down in 2014 at his "Lasai" establishment in Humaita. He describes his cuisine as "a collection of exceptional ingredients that we try to cook in the best possible way". This is truly culinary art. Vegetables come from the organic garden, and meats and ingredients from the most demanding producers. The tasting menu, in an intimate setting, is one of the best in Brazil.
