The Cipriani is the main restaurant of the Belmond Copacabana Palace. The service is of impeccable class and taste. It overlooks the patio and the pool, in a setting with a taste of paradise. The cuisine is tinged with a northern Italian influence: Chef Carli used to run the kitchens at the Cipriani Hotel in Venice. Try the thinly sliced lamb with goat cheese ravioli and Dijon mustard tarts! You can reserve the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen (990 reais), a must... expensive!

Cela fait + d'un an que le chef du Cipriani de Venise n'officie + au Cipriani du Copacabana Palace ! Il serait bon de mettre votre fiches à jour ! Dîner du 13 avril 2019, un fiasco complet ! Coeur d'aloyau impossible à couper au couteau tant la viande était dure et immangeable ! Sommes partis après le plat, pas dessert. 230 € pour 2 entrées, 2 plats et 1 vin rosé, une véritable honte ! Aucun geste commercial pour palier le summum de notre insatisfaction ! Quant au personnel, même pas souriant.
