Magnifique bus très bien placé tout à fait acceptable en basse saison, la climatisation de notre chambre est en panne et la salle de bain aurait mérité d'être un petit peu mieux nettoyer avant notre arrivée. Par la suite, le service fut de grande qualité et rien à redire contre un entretien des chambres. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, le restaurant est très bon et offre une magnifique vue sur le port et le musée. Le parking voiture est très pratique 42 € les 3 jours. Merci beaucoup à l'hôtel

No estuve en el hotel , solo en el restaurante pero la experiencia fue muy buena . Comimos un grupo y normalmente de las comidas para grupo no se puede esperar mucho , pero no fue el caso . La comida fue muy buena y el personal fantástico , realmente encantadores y muy profesionales

Fantástico, vistas muy bonitas y habitación cómoda y decorada con muy buen gusto. El personal muy amable. Perfecto para venir por trabajo, porque está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

Hem fet una sortida familia i ha sigut una experiència fantàstica, Com sempre Catalonia ho possa facil, el servei, el tracte humà,...tot. Molt recomenable, l'esmorzar delicios, la ubicació perfecte, lloc molt tranquil i a 10 min del centre.

Very nicely situated hotel with great breakfast. The Staff was very friendly. We initially booked rooms overlooking the sea but we were not happy with the room itself. The Staff was very accommodating and changed our room to much nicer rooms that were available. The room situated in the upper levels were extremely nice and spacious, everything was very new and comfortable.

Me siento engañado, a nuestra llegada nos comunican que el SPA es un servicio aparte, cuidado con la letra pequeña, el parking imposible, hemos tenido que pagar el parking del hotel ya que también es otro servicio aparte, calidad de un dos o tres estrellas y precio de un cinto, no merece la pena .

Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Mahón con increíbles vistas al puerto!
Todos los espacios del hotel son preciosos, muy acogedores, limpios y el trato del personal inmejorable.
Destacar sobre todo la paella de secreto ibérico con setas y las tartas de cheesecake y carrot cake, una delicia en toda regla.
Sin duda, volveremos!

No es solo que el hotel sea una maravilla, con lo que mas nos quedamos es la atencion de cada uno de sus empleados, fueron atentos y muy amables con nosotrod. Le pondria 20 estrellas si pudiera.

Hotel que te dejan ir con tu mascota (dependiendo del tamaño) pero no te dejan disfrutar de sus instalaciones con ella, solo puede estar en la habitación. No te dejan ni siquiera tomarte algo en su terraza. Estaría bien que te avisaran previamente de todo eso (en su pág web x ejemplo) y ya poder decidir si ir o no.

For a 4 star hotel, this place is lacking and disappointing. The bathroom smelt of mould and reception seemed to be miffed at the mention of it and tried fixing it but failed. The "sea view" was set back and at an acute angle. While initially the hotel "looks good and inline with 4 stars", the attention to detail and maintenance around the hotel is clearly and distinctly lacking (palm trees dropping black staining seeds all over terraces; lights falling off mountings in spa wellness centre, rain shower sometimes not working in spa centre, room finishing sometimes looking unfinished from construction of hotel)

Emplacement parfait, service impeccable. Jolie décoration, chambre avec balcon au calme. Parking 11 euros par jour.

Ya vine en otra ocasion y repetiré. Comodo y el jacuzzi se agradece al final de un dia intenso de trabajo. La cena muy buena tambien.

En este hotel existe el ejemplo de compra tratar a los clientes un 100 amabilidad, atención, asesoramiento, una sonrisa siempre estoy MAS que satisfecha del trato recibido, las instalaciones también de acordé con todo si tuviera que poner 1 pega es que el spa es de pago para los clientes pero por todo lo demás repetiría una y mil veces más increíble trato ENHORABUENA A TODO EL EQUIPO!!!!!

Just 5kms from the airport and even the bus stop is at 750 metres ( for local travel)
