The Hotel San Miguel offers around 15 rooms (divided into five categories) with air conditioning, TV and Internet access. The stone walls lend charm and character to the rooms, and the shared terrace is very pleasant. All in all, the services offered are very satisfactory. Well located in Maó's town center, close to landmarks such as the Mercat d'es Claustre (Cloister Market), a former convent that houses the town's market. Good location-quality-price ratio.

We stayed at the Hotel San Miguel 5 days.
We were really satisfied.
The rooms are sober but elegant and efficient. Impeccable cleaning.
Courteous and efficient staff.

We had a fantastic stay in the lovely small hotel in the heart of Mahon. It is quiet, clean and I loved the courtyard as well the terrace. Service is great and Ileana is managing everything very well and with passion. Breakfast is absolutely done with love and is delicious. I warmly recommend this lovely hotel!

Terrible place. Pictures do not correctly show the rooms. We asked for a room for 3 persons clearly indicating that we were work colleagues and wanted to have each one bed. We arrive and there is only one double bed and one single bed. The single bed is also lacking sheets. Very rude behaviour from the manager of the hotel. Rooms are pretty run down and air conditioning system old and noisy. Rooms are small and dark and the breakfast area dark and totally lacks charm. Internet does not work properly. Upon our arrival at 18.30 the receptionist was gone and we had to wait 15 min before the door to the hotel was opened.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, extremely nice staff. A little walk to parking, the receptionist was quick to help find a place nearby.

the Wifi worked perfectly everywhere, from the cool, comfortable terrace, to the breakfast cozy patio, and to the quiet room.
I hadn't slept this well in a while. the bed was very comfortable and big. The breakfast was amazing, with a number of local specialties and home cooked cakes, as well as a variety of gluten free options.
Ileana the hotel manger gave great advice on car rental, beaches, touristic attractions and great restaurants (all her suggestions proved to be exceptional) and the rest of the staff was always kind.
Menorca is a great place to enjoy the sunsets and this hotel is the perfect option to relax while being in the city centre of Mahon.
