Gutes Hotel, aber eher laut aufgrund der Musik und des Animationsteams.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht an der Rezeption deutsch.
Das Essen ist eher enttäuschend aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Sauberes Geschirr kann man leider kaum finden. Hier muss man nachbessern!
Zimmer sind sehr schön und wirklich empfehlenswert…

Víme, že se nejedná o nejluxusnější resort v okolí, ale i tak pro rodiny s dětmi můžeme jen doporučit. V tomto hotelu jsme byli letos podruhé a důvodem pro návrat byl především skvělý personál. Přívětivý, milý a pohotový. Pokoje jsou krásné, čisté a vždy pěkně uklizené. Vyzdvihl bych také animace a pokud se vám poštěstí, uvidíte program animátorů a to opravdu stojí za to.
Do hotelu jsme jednou přijeli po půlnoci a dostali jsme i drobné občerstvení. Při druhém příjezdu to bylo večír, kdy nás nejdříve poslali na večeři a následně dodělali booking.

- we were staying last year in HSM Calas Park and it was better than Torre Blanca.

Bardzo miły i udany pobyt.
Obiekt jest bardzo ładny choć troszkę rozciągnięty. Część znajduje się po drugiej stronie spokojnej ulicy. Cały obiekt jest czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Pokoje czyste a klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Na plażę kursuje busik ale można iść spacerkiem ok 10 minut. Basen jest duży z wystarczającą ilością leżaków. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór i ciągle donoszone. W barze przy basenie cały dzień dostępne są owoce i lody.Od 15.00 do 23.00 dostępne są przekąski. Świetny pomysł z wymiennymi plastikowymi kubkami, dzięki czemu było czyściej i na basenie i przy stolikach przy barze. Duży wybór alkoholi w opcji All incl. Animacji dla dzieci i dorosłych przez cały dzień. Cały personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy.

Tolle Anlage. ca. 800 m vom Strand. Super ruhiges Zimmer im hinteren Teil der Anlage. Am Pool ist immer viel Action, vor allem die Lautstärke ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Alles wird ständig sauber gehalten. Das Essen lässt für meinen Geschmack keine Wünsche offen. Wer keine Bettenburgen mit 800 und mehr Gästen liebt ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Es ist alles rustikal, und wer, so wie wir das mögen, kann hier einen tollen Urlaub genießen.

Met een vriendin hier geweest. Kamers zijn prima. Bedden zijn iets hard, maar we hebben goed geslapen. Airco werkt goed. We moesten wel iedere keer 3 trappen op naar onze kamer, geen lift aanwezig. Geen flesjes water aanwezig.
Het eten is slecht! Iedere keer net even anders, maar gewoon niet lekker. Snack in de middag en avond is een boterham met beleg. Geen handdoeken service voor bij het zwembad, dus neem je eigen handdoeken mee. Je krijgt je eigen plastic beker mee. Hier drink je heel de dag uit, tenzij je bijv wisselt van soort drank. Geen flesjes water aanwezig, je kan alleen je beker vullen met drinkbaar water, of deze zelf kopen bij de supermarkt. Personeel achter de bar is chagrijnig. Zwembad is verder prima. Bedjes nogal dicht op elkaar. Animatie savonds is wel leuk.
Omgeving is oke. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar een grote Carrefour supermarkt. Naar het strand wandelen is ongeveer 10 minuten.
Voor ons was Mallorca prachtig, maar nooit meer dit hotel.

Buffet à volonté très largement varié , bar qui a beaucoup de choix !

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean, spacious and had a.c. the cleaner was very polite and friendly.

The food whilst it wasn't very varied each day was enjoyable and freshly made. I just thought that it could do with themed evenings. As you have no way of knowing what is going to be on offer until you are there IF you wanted to then make other plans.

The snack options in the evening could do with some more thought. As it's just bread, meat, cheese and fresh fruit. Maybe some of the lovely made pizza or chips on offer in the main meal could be available too.

The pool was very enjoyable, clean and had a lifeguard on most of the day. At the time we stayed there wasn't much in the way of sunbed wars but I can see there being so if busier. So maybe look out for this.

The animation team were very approachable and spoke a very wide range of languages.

I went as an adult couple, so the only reason I didn't give this venue a 5 stars was the overall entertainment for adults in the evening was in the main poor. Just seemed to be a long wait for the time slot and once this was over it became very lifeless. So we regularly sought entertainment off site most evenings.

Overall it was a good venue and would recommend to others

Staff we're amazing, very friendly and accommodating to most requests, music on after 11am all day added to the already good atmosphere, the child's entertainment was ok, I'll never get out of my head 'Chow Chow Mickey Mouse' if you know, you know ????

Pool was brilliant, good size for the the amount of people and pool chairs were plentiful, with the lights on it was stunning in the evenings.

Only thing I would say negatively is the food, food was plentiful but not very tasty. Some foods were lovely but majority wasn't. This is subjective I understand, being British we find salt spicy ????????

Overall a great stay and would happily go back.

La primera vez que venimos a mallorca 5 dias y decidimos venir a este hotel, la habitación genial grande y las camas muy cómodas, la comida en general está genial para nuestro gusto. La máquina de helado la podían poner en el bar también, está muy buena todo.

Espectáculos para niños y adultos todo el día, vamos aburrirte no te vas aburrir, lo genial es que tanto comida y bebida es un Todo Incluido me encanta!!

Lo malo para los españoles es el horario de comida y cena a los que estemos acostumbrados a comer 14.30 o cenar a las 22.00 aquí el horario es Desayuno: 08:30-11:30, Comida: 12:30-14:30 y Cena: 18:30-21:30. Por lo general lo recomiendo mucho y la próxima vez que vengamos elegiremos este sitio.

Passer 2 semaines en septembre en pensions tout compris vraiment top.

Pasamos alli una magnifica semana, hotel familiar con atencion cercana, con especial mencion para recepcionistas y animadores se ve que disfrutan con lo que hacen y hacen disfrutar a los demas.
Por poner una pega los horarios de las comidas y poca variedad en desayunos y postres...por todo lo demas perfecto seguro que repetiremos
