While strolling through the old town, don't miss this small shop open to the street and full of typical products: sobrasadas and other cold meats, fig bread, jams, gourmet preserves (pork liver pâté with truffles, for example), Menorcan cheese, toasted Balearic almonds, almond milk liqueur (produced in Mallorca)... although the sobrasada remains the undisputed star. The owner will also give you a warm welcome (he speaks French!) and will be happy to advise you.

Sums welcomed very well and more in French. Bonjours, first you need that I tell that I found this shop completely by chance, me that am in love with charcuterie craft, I was very well received in this shop. Indeed the couple of people who book this shop me very received explained me making their products and me enjoy several types of soubressades and longanisses. Cavity I did not resist and I bought. At the exit of the shop this couple of very friendly seller offered one me longanisse in gifts. More is that the monsieur speaks French. Moreover I took their references access and told them that I would speak of it in France with my friends and that I their would order as their products are very good. We are also on November 1st and it still Soubressade me very good while I bought it in July.
