Tres Belle hotel avec piscine intérieure et extérieure sauna hamam salle de sport .buffet avec thème certains soir . Varié et bon .Le bus a quelque mètres. Un mercadona à 400 m station essence tout proche .très bon séjour

Personal muy atento y servicial. Restaurante tipo buffet, comida de buena calidad y proximidad. Muy atentos en caso de intolerancia o alergias alimentarias. Muy recomendable. Área de spa y piscina exterior adecuada. Situado a poca distancia de la playa.

Hemos pasado una sola noche, pero la experiencia ha sido fantástica. El chico que nos hizo el check in, fue amable, rápido y nos explicó todos los servicios de forma breve pero clara. La habitación estaba impecable. Todo el personal con el que hemos interactuado ha sido excepcionalmente amable, camareras de pisos y personal del buffet de desayuno. El buffet ha sido correcto, variedad en frutas (aunque la calidad mejorable), panes, lácteos, embutidos, etc. para mi la atención al cliente es de lo más importante en un hotel y, en este caso, ha sido de 10.
La habitación era muy tranquila y en estas fechas, marzo, pudimos aparcar fácilmente en el exterior, aunque también cuentan con plazas gratuitas (aunque no muchas) en el interior.

Am Rande von Arenal und ruhig gelegen. 8 Min. bis zum Strand.
Sauberes Hotel, leider war das Essen nicht sehr
abwechslungsreich. Schmorgerichte haben alle gleich geschmeckt. Beim Dessert gab es 1x Erdbeeren obwohl in Spanien jetzt Saison ist.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam das gilt auch für die Rezeption .

Gewoon een goed hotel voor een goede prijs. Alles is netjes en schoon en personeel aardig en behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad. Erg goed ontbijt en diner voor een erg vriendelijke prijs.

Nadelen zijn dat de kamers erg gehorig zijn en de omgeving ook vrij rumoerig. Houd er ook rekening mee dat fietsen niet mee de kamer in mogen. Ze kunnen tegen een forse prijs worden gestald in de garage, maar dit is bij een commerciële derde partij met beperkte openingstijden. Als je racefietsen hebt zou ik daarom niet bij dit hotel boeken.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana con mis padres. La verdad que el hotel está muy bien. Cuando llegamos por la mañana nos atendió un hombre encantador ❣️ Nos dio una habitación ya que mi pareja estaba teletrabajando, la faena es cuando entramos, marcaba 16° y pusimos la calefacción pero desde las 11 de la mañana hasta las 20h de la tarde seguía igual, con frío, bajamos un par de veces a decirlo y ya la tercera, íbamos a pedir que nos cambiarán de habitación y fue la misma recepcionista la que los lo propuso. Por lo demás, nada que decir, las camas y almohadas de 10, hemos dormido muy bien, personal majo y atento, el desayuno muy bien, poca queja tengo que poner. También es verdad que fuimos un fin de semana de marzo...
Pero totalmente recomendable ????

Aufenthalt 29.2-13.3.24, gebucht über Rompelberg Cycling Holidays. Die Einzelzimmer sind mit Blick auf eine Hauswand, nach Norden, also ohne Sonne auf dem Balkon … einfach diskriminierend. Die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption ist nicht als solche zu bezeichnen. In der Sauna muss man Badekleidung tragen, wie schrecklich. Der Service in Restaurant und Bar ist aber voll ok, langjährige MitarbeiterInnen. Nach Protest meinerseits habe ich ein DZ zur Einzelnutzung mit Blick nach Süden erhalten, auf Kosten Rompelbergs, meinem Reiseanbieter für Rennradferien.

Nice hotel for cycling Holidays. The buffet is good, but I would not recommend the evening one for a vegeterian athlete who needs other sources of proteins in the evening than meat. The sauna is great to relax and for triathletes a 25m pool is 300m away. The receptionists were extremely nice. We were a bit surprised when we got to know we have to pay extra to store our bikes. We were fine paying (around 3€ per day) but we would have liked to be aware of it when booking the hotel:) for familles, there is a little playground just at the hotel so perfect for the kids to play.

Beautiful hotel ???? with plenty of open spaces around, swimming pool ????‍♂️, spa all inclusive but only problem was there are not kettle or a coffee ☕️ machine in the room , we’re there for 2 nights,
Breakfast ???? 10 euros each , lunch ???? and dinner ???? 18 euros each which isn’t too bad.

Kind and helpful staff, every time we were walking pass reception they all go OLLA with generous smile ???? on their faces.
Location is superb ???? it’s only 5-10m walk from the beach and 10m drive from the airport, bus stop is right at the front of the hotel ????.

I would highly recommend this place it’s affordable and woth plenty of amenities.

Good hotel close by to the beach and main areas, but still a quiet place to stay. The hotel just got a refresh in some areas and therefore makes a good and clean impression. During peak hours you might need to wait for longer time in front of the elevators, but stairs are available as well.
The breakfast is what you would expect from a larger hotel. It has the typical variety and selections.
