Set in a small square just above Avenue Joan Miró, this 4-star hotel is a modernly decorated establishment offering bright rooms overlooking the hill where Bellver Castle stands or the port. The 150+ rooms feature air-conditioning, minibars, televisions and more. Some also have a small terrace. The hotel also boasts a large restaurant, top-quality sports facilities (swimming pool, gym) and a Spa (hydromassage, fitness, advanced aesthetics, solarium...). Classic.

L'esperienza di soggiorno presso l'Hotel ISLA MALLORCA, è stata certamente molto positiva. Camere molto curate su ogni aspetto, pulite, confortevoli, letti comodi, bagni ampi molto puliti e serviti.Posizione ottimale della struttura come ottimali i servizi accessori come : SPA, PISCINA, PALESTRA. Personale molto gentile e disponibile dalla reception al servizio ai tavoli in particolare la Sig.Na Fiamma . La colazione molto ben presentata ed assortita. Certamente Cordialità, cortesia e servizio sono un vero must per questa struttura. Unica Nota : parcheggio auto interno a pagamento, particolarmente oneroso.

Fuimos de viaje de amigas y nos encantó. Nos alojaron en unas habitaciones de más categoría de las que habíamos contratado. Las habitaciones muy buenas, las camas comodisimas.
Contratamos desayuno y espectacular, variadisimo y un cocinero estupendo en plancha.
El personal de recepción nos asesoraron en según qué visitar y cómo.

Wir empfanden das Personal an der Rezeption teilweise als unfreundlich, man fühlt sich nicht wohl bei der Ankunft. Eingecheckt hatten wir am Donnerstag Nachmittag und ausgecheckt heute morgen, die Dame an der Rezeption war meiner Meinung nach unfreundlich und ich war vielen Hotels mit weniger Sterne die sich anderes den Gästen gegenüber benehmen, ein Lächeln ist nicht zu viel verlangt. Auch die Art und Weise wie sie uns alles erklärt hat und Daten haben wollte war sehr schroff.
Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut, es waren ständig Haare am Waschbecken was für mich bedeutet das nicht gründlich gereinigt worden ist.
Frühstück war gut.
Fitnessstudio war gut.
Leider muss man für die saune und als Bereich zusätzlich Geld bezahlen, dies steht nicht auf der Internetseite.
Alles im einen ist dieses Hotel für mich keine 4sterne.
Lage gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man schnell in der Innenstadt.
