A splendid address in a building dating from 1576, in the old quarter, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Everything is luxury and refinement, from the lounges - decorated with stained glass windows, sculptures and paintings - to the interior courtyards with their Renaissance architecture. 12 uniquely decorated rooms furnished in 17th and 18th century Majorcan style (with air conditioning, TV, whirlpool bath, multimedia station...). Swimming pool inspired by the Roman baths. Spa, fitness room. Charming.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel in der Altstadt von Palma. Personal und Service vom Feinsten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vielzahl an Aufenthaltsräume, Bibliotheken, Terrasse, Innenhof mit Brunnen und die Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist ein Genuss und sehr individuell. Alles in Allem ein tolles Konzept mit Liebe zum Detail.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing throughout our stay, accommodating even the smallest requests. The location of the hotel is great, with quick walking access to food and shipping, and not too far from the train station. The hotel has unique rooms and a nice spa for scheduled private use.

Experiencia positiva porque tuvimos una lesión pocas horas antes de la entrada al hotel (nada que que ver con el hotel), pero casi nos hace anular la reserva, porque pensábamos que no podríamos disfrutarla.

Sin embargo el personal se ocupó de todo para que la estancia fuera cómoda y agradable, y lo consiguieron.

El hotel tiene un encanto histórico innegable, pero un hotel de 5 estrellas, solo lo es, si su personal también está a la altura.

El personal de recepción, limpieza y desayuno, está altamente preparado para un servicio de calidad y por eso las 5 estrellas.
