Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location. Although there were some issues with our room the staff and management were excellent and professional in every way. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!!

Hemos estado en el puente del pilar y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, no solo porque el hotel es muy bonito, moderno, acogedor y elegante, sino por un TOP de servicio y amabilidad por parte del personal. One of the nicest hotels I stayed, the staff was just great. Whatever you asked they were trying to make it happen. Just amazing the way they interact with you. The hotel itself is very special with the rooftop area, Lunch, drinks and rooms etc.
