The splendid architecture of the building, typically Mallorcan, forces admiration, starting with the gallery with its gothic arches on the ground floor which houses the hotel's excellent restaurant. The light, spacious and luminous rooms are subtly arranged, without forgetting to be as comfortable as high-tech. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is delicious. We stayed 4 nights in the hotel, the staff were amazing, unbelievably helpful. The room was superb and the breakfast sensational. We loved everything about the hotel, position, decor and the relaxed vibe. We were very sad to leave it. It truly was like a home away from home! We will return again next year! ????

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, das sehr aufmerksam ist und eine gute Präsenz hat. Seine Lage ist sehr Zentrums nah, ideal um Palma zu erkunden. Dass in den engen Gassen immer wieder Hundesch@#$e liegt, ist ja nicht der Fehler des Hotels, aber trotzdem störend. Für den Pool war es uns noch zu kalt, den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, schaut aber recht kuschelig aus, muss separat gebucht werden, somit ist man immer alleine dort (24 h am Tag), ist aber au höchstens für 2 Personen vorgesehen. Bei Frühstücksbuffet ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Gerne wieder.

Hotel incantevole nascosto nelle profondità di Palma a due passi dal centro. Personale impeccabile, colazione ottima e camera pulita e nuova. Ci torneremo.
