Japanese fusion cuisine created by Italian chef Antonio d'Angelo, served in a chic setting scented with iodine spray (facing the marina!). Very expensive, but original. On the menu, the farandole of flavours and exoticism makes your mouth water. Good ceviche or salmon tataki sashimi for starters. The main courses, mostly fish-based (a delicious Iberian pig cooked at low temperature is also on the menu!), are fine and inventive. Lean portions. Nice experience, but not for all pockets!
