Nandu Jubany, Catalan chef of international renown, and Francisquiño, owner of the mythical Can Carlos restaurant in Sant Francesc, partnered to create Can Carlitos, a chic chiringuito offering both typical and gastronomic cuisine. In an informal wooded and colorful environment, facing the sea, Mediterranean cuisine is prepared with fresh ingredients. We also come to share delicious and inventive tapas. The house offers excellent paellas and grilled meats. Fun selection of sweet tapas served in dessert. This charming place is also a beautiful place to sip a cocktail and enjoy the sunset and view on the Es Vedra Island off Ibiza.
