BURGO'S

This is the most luxurious restaurant in town without being extravagant on price. There is a wine cellar at the entrance and the waiters wear bow ties. The place is bright and elegant. We like the terrace at the back with little lights at night. They serve a revisited Amazonian cuisine: chicken in castaña salsa, creamy fetuccini with cecina (cold cuts), paiche a la hoja, local makis... At lunchtime, it's à la carte. In the evening, each meat dish gives access to a buffet of salads, vegetables, manioc...
