FIESTA GOURMET

A gourmet restaurant under the supervision of Hector Solis who, when it comes to northern cuisine, is one of the undisputed chefs. The ideal place to taste the local dishes that many say is the best cuisine in Peru. You can find ceviches and seafood of course, but you should also try the cabrito or the tortilla de raya, two local specialities that cannot be ignored. The plates are nicely presented and the dishes refined. Good service. Very good value for money. The chef has also opened a branch in Lima.
