"Aycha" means "meat" in Quechua, we are in the heart of the subject. Most of the red meat is imported, but you can also find alpaca, guinea pig and, of course, anticuchos (chunks of beef heart spiced and braised and presented in skewers). House cocktails as well. Located on thesecond floor of a traditional casona, the decor is simple and colorful and opens onto a small balcony, the service is attentive. We are a few steps from the Plaza Recocijo below the Plaza de Armas. A confidential address that we gladly share.
