A very nice proposal in a patio hidden between the Plaza Nazerenas and the 12 angles stone. As its name indicates, the strong point of the place is its meats cooked on the volcanic stone but you can also grill chicken, scampi, brochettes prepared in the Peruvian way(anticuchos) or pork chops. As an appetizer, the ceviche al carbon is a delight of slightly spicy Peruvian flavors. If you enjoyed the experience, there is a Uchu in the Sacred Valley in one of the open-air foodcourts that have sprung up.
