Here, we offer a versatile cuisine that respects its culture of origin and honors the name chosen for this restaurant "sagrado" or sacred in French. The best local products are served here with international techniques to propose a trout withaguaymanto sauce or an alpaca steak with blue sauce. The decoration and the atmosphere also bet on the wink: raw materials, a contemporary design and superb quipus or other geometrical lines inspired by the Incas. Very good reception and attentive service. Nice.

Excelente la comida y excelente la atención. Uno de los mejores lugares que hemos probado en todo nuestro paso por Perú. Recomendadisimo. Nuestro plato favorito los canastos de trucha.

Service et accueil très chaleureux, nous avons pris des cocktails péruviens “pisco sour” qui étaient excellents, pour le plat nous avons pris un lomo saltado ainsi qu’un pollo saltado(qui n’était pas proposé sur la carte et que Camelo le serveur nous a suggéré).
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas dégusté les desserts qui semblaient excellents. Je vous conseille de réserver, ou de vous y rendre tôt (18h30/19h).
