Here, we offer a versatile cuisine that respects its culture of origin and honors the name chosen for this restaurant "sagrado" or sacred in French. The best local products are served here with international techniques to propose a trout withaguaymanto sauce or an alpaca steak with blue sauce. The decoration and the atmosphere also bet on the wink: raw materials, a contemporary design and superb quipus or other geometrical lines inspired by the Incas.
