CASA DEL CORREGIDOR

In the courtyard of the Casa del Corregidor, this period casona catches the eye of the tourist a little chilled by the grey of the city. The place is charming. Two brightly coloured patios, with benches and plants to take a break. One would almost forget that one is in Puno. At the back, among the flowers, there is an excellent little café where you can have lunch for a few euros at noon. Next to it and upstairs, there are also some shops selling local handicrafts and a little different from the tourist shops of the city. It's worth the detour!
