Tout y est : emplacement très pratique, très bon accueil souriant, zones communes très bien, chambre spacieuse et propre, eau chaude, bon wifi, petit déjeuner très complet et la cerise sur le gâteau : le chauffage ! Nous avons pris une première excursion avec l'agence avec qui l'hôtel est affilié (Great Trip Titicaca) et vu que tout s'est passé (et moins cher que les autres) on a aussi pris le tour d'une nuit et 2 jours sur le lac ainsi que le bus pour la Bolivie. A notre retour, pour le même prix nous avons été surclassés dans une suite. Bref que du bon, un service impeccable.
