This vegan and vegetarian place, a bit out of the center, is run by a healthy food and good products activist who strives to offer new flavors. In the mornings, it serves excellent fresh soya milk. The place is ideal for lunch with its interesting choice of soups and salads, but also quinoa, brown rice, dried beans and lentils in all their forms... It's fresh, simple and convincing. Beware, it's also quickly full.
