The Tio Dario restaurant is located in the center of the traditional district of Yanahuara. It offers typical Arequipa and South Pacific Coast cuisine, with emphasis on fish and seafood. When preparing the dishes, the chef favors the first choice products of the local agricultural producers as well as the daily catch of the South Pacific and the food of the Andes. You can enjoy the famous ceviche, the iconic national dish, made with one of the finest fish from the Peruvian coast, or the sole carpaccio marinated with lime, garlic and a touch of white vinegar, or the tropical mix of fresh lettuce with shrimp, squid, crab and mango. Note that this establishment has a splendid view of the Misti volcano.
