Petit Futé's opinion on LA TRATTORIA DEL MONASTERIO
One of the most distinguished addresses in Arequipa, recommended for a romantic dinner, with its paintings, its pier stilts reminiscent of Venice, and its candles. The menu was created 10 years ago by the famous Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio. You can enjoy Italian specialities (risottos, lasagne, ravioli, pasta...) with local accents. The wine list is long and the service attentive. It is very small, so reservations are recommended.
