In this sumptuous colonial house of white volcanic stone, you can order without hesitation alpaca, lamb, beef, Andean trout or Amazonian fish cooked on lava stone or, more classic, one of the different carpaccios. All these dishes are generously accompanied by potatoes or quinoa and a small salad or ratatouille. Save room for one of the delicious homemade desserts.
