This small house lost in the middle of the desert bears witness to the difficult years Maria Reiche had to endure as she devoted her life to the study of the Nazca Lines. Her scientific recognition was late. This museum has the merit to show her working tools for the least spartan and the precarious conditions in which she carried out her research. We can also see her tomb in the garden. Quite far from Nazca, to be done with a tour that includes the viewpoint.

Hommage mérité à Maria Reiche
Le musée est simple mais il retrace bien la vie de cette femme remarquable. Dans le jardin demeure son van où elle passait sa vie lors de ses fouilles. L'intérêt réside surtout dans l'histoire de la vie de cette femme à qui on doit les lignes de Nazca. Belle momie avec des tatouages à voir.
