This restaurant, by Jaime Pesaque, a native of Lima who trained in Spain and Italy, has gradually climbed the culinary ladder to become one of the top 10 restaurants in Latin America. A colorful cuisine where the product is the protagonist and sustainability an essential value. The Amazonian flavors marry the traditional products. Tasting menu or a la carte in an elegant and subdued place. The bar also has an excellent reputation. Jaime is also at the helm of Sapiens, which focuses on seafood, vegetables and seeds.
