Pisco of course, but also very good traditional cooking around a reduced menu. The place is rather small with a dozen tables and a huge wooden bar. You can also have a tasting to learn about the subtleties of the local alcohol. All this at 2 steps from the Plaza de Armas that you can see from the open door. The dishes are a correct brewery kitchen with special mention for the lomo saltado and its French fries or the spaghetti with huacaina. The place has reopened in the afternoon and evening to nibble and sip, ideally placed.
