A few steps from the rather classic Gran Hotel Bolivar, here is the more popular Bolivar or Bolivarcito . This beautiful and renowned cantina is a nice place with large couches, colorful walls and a great bar. The chef offers well-served Creole dishes such as blanquirroja made with the catch of the day (a reinterpretation of ceviche) or fetuccini a la huancaina with lomo saltado. You can also come here to relax with a pico and try one of the house cocktails inspired by great historical figures or a classic pisco sour.
