Furnished homes with sea views, large garden, barbecue area and private swimming lagoon at Faja Grande.
Ideally located in Fajã Grande, several simply furnished houses for 2 to 6 people. Each house has a sea view, a large garden, a barbecue area and, in some cases, a private swimming lagoon. The Moinho da Cascata, the old water mill at the bottom of the Poço de Bacalhau waterfall, is a real highlight. This magnificently renovated building has preserved its original mechanisms. Situated slightly above sea level, it also offers a breathtaking view of the fajã, the ocean and its sunsets.

Apartamento en el centro del bonito pueblo de santa cruz con supermercado en frente, ubicación cómoda y tranquila.
Espacio acogedor aunque con algunos inconvenientes, de los cuales tardaron en resolver y otros no dieron solución ni compensación. Mucha humedad, camas duras e incómodas, ducha con pérdida de agua, con algunas carencias en la limpieza del lugar y cocina con falta de utensilios.
Atención deficiente.

Ci sono diverse case. Alcune sono suddivise in mini appartamenti.
Il nostro: c'era tutto, ma sembrava un po' datato.
La vista è molto bella, sull'oceano e sulla montagna. A piedi ci vogliono 10-15 minuti per arrivare all'oceano e in paese, ma c'è un certo dislivello.
Il paese , Fajal, è piccolo, con due minimarket non molto forniti.

We stayed in two apartments they have in Santa Cruz das Flores. Both are clean and in good condition, but they were unable to solve two very simple problems, although we insisted on several occasions - no more toilet paper was provided once the initial rolls were finished (insufficient for a 4-night stay) and they did not give us the password for the wifi.

We stayed 7 nights on one of their houses. Overall the house was dirty and unkempt. The windows were extremely dirty and did not close properly. When we arrived one of the doors couldn't be locked and we were told not to worry because no one steals in Flores. The bathroom also looked terrible, we couldn't have a decent shower. The drain in the shower was clogged all the time so we had to shower with our feet in a puddle. Communication with the staff was very difficult. I tried to call them several times, but no one answered. I wrote to them on whatsapp and they never answered me. After they finally responded via email, I was told that "our team has several tasks and doesn't check WhatsApp every second".

Das Haus ist gut (in der Küche etwas knapp) ausgestattet.
Leider wurde uns für die Schlüsselbox ein falscher Code genannt, und der Vermieter war bis zur Dunkelheit nicht erreichbar; das sollte nicht vorkommen.
