Good hotel, however service could be improved. Indeed, the lack of staff often translate in long waits for orders.

Extremely grateful to the staff for having found lodging for loved ones when all else was booked up in the island. Even though other arrangements were made, their kindness is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Booked a room in Charming Blue for a week and pre-payed more than EUR 400.
Had to change plans and cancelled well within cancelation period (more than 3 months ahead of stay!).
Tried now for more than two years to get the pre-payment back! The hotel does not even respond anymore on our reminders.
Based on my experience, I would never book this hotel again and would never do any pre-payments with them!
