A TRAVESSA

Behind the tiny storefront of this Main Street snack bar lies a very friendly brasserie. Brick walls, a large wooden counter and a menu for gourmets: a variety of breakfasts, grilled meats and fish, pitas, homemade burgers, or even a few tapas to enjoy with a selection of special beers, including "A Nossa", Santa Maria's craft beer. For a snack, or even dessert, the snack bar also offers an excellent menu of sweet and savoury crêpes, which is quite rare in the Azores.
