Mainly intended for a business clientele and hospital staff, we appreciate its location in the heart of downtown and close to the barge, as well as its swimming pool with sea view. The hotel offers 40 comfortable rooms including 7 air-conditioned suites with a view on the "mamas brochettes" and the lagoon. On the first floor, a restaurant-bar-lounge area with the Mermoz and the beautiful swimming pool lit up in the evening by spotlights, it's very chic and parties are regularly organised. Adjacent, the famous Caribou Café brasserie is ideal for lunch.

The room colour was depressing, not suitable for a hotel room to my opinion (dark grey), air conditioning was noisy, and the toilet tank was defective.
The music from the lounge bar on Friday and Saturday is very loud, and as a hotel guest, I couldn't rest until past midnight

The staff at the reception were professional and friendly to accommodate guest requests

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Mamoudzou. Les chambres sont simples mais avec tout le nécessaire et climatisés. La piscine est très bien.

Bien situé, à proximité de la barge, du marché et de quelques bouibouis. Piscine agréable, mais espace autour bruyant le soir (musique jusqu'à 23h, pas forcément agréable pour les personnels en renfort hospitalier qui travaillent tôt). Restaurant et bar sur place. Vue superbe sur le port et la mer. Personnel d'accueil qui fait son possible pour conseiller, en cette période compliquée pour Mayotte (réserve d'eau pour la douche). Manque 1 bouteille d'eau en chambre.
