An address not to be missed with efficient and pleasant service and good value for money.
Now run by the globe-trotting and passionate Florian, Le Moana is a must. On the menu: a variety of fish with rillettes, tartars, a succulent and fresh bora bora salad (marinated fish and coconut milk) or smoked fish. Sushis, makis and sashimis, but also good grills! The menu varies according to the catch of the day. A good value for money, an efficient and pleasant service to enjoy a breathtaking view on the lagoon. Catering service with fresh, raw and marinated fish and home delivery within a 10 km radius. Wine bar.

La cuisine est savoureuse, les poissons sont excellents accompagnés de délicieuses rillettes en amuse bouche.
Le service est impeccable y.c pour les "clientes pressées" que nous étions !
Nous y sommes donc revenu deux dois....
Carte variée, d'excellente qualité.
