J'ai jamais eu de problème avec une voiture là-bas, sa fait longtemps que je loue là-bas et zéro problème.

Ne pas aller là-bas !

Personnel peu accueillant
Le patron est de mauvaise foi. On m’a cassé ma vitre de voiture il m’a fait payer 560 euros alors que j’ai été me renseigner ailleurs pour la réparer qui m’en demandé la moitié, un vrai escro.
De plus on a récupérer un véhicule où il y avait une crevaison lente sur une roue et une hernie sur l’autre qu’il n’a pas voulu changer de suite on a du négocier pendant 15 minutes.
Inadmissible, n’aller pas chez Tropik Location a Mayotte

La pire agence de location de voiture à Mayotte.

Vous n’avez qu’à lire les réponses de la direction aux avis Google (et petit futé) pour comprendre que cette agence est loin d’être sérieuse. Le service client est déplorable.
La réceptionniste est odieuse, insultante, mal élevée et méprise les clients qui viennent de métropole. Un de ses collègues a même été obligé de la maîtriser car celle ci voulait en venir aux mains.

Le directeur quant à lui n’est pas plus professionnel (appel d’intimidation, mails d’insultes...). Lorsqu’il sait qu’il est en tort, il ne répond plus aux mails. Évidemment, il va répondre ci dessous en réfutant qu’il n’a rien à se reprocher. Mais nous avons bien compris son petit jeu. Faire passer les clients pour des gens malhonnêtes.

Pour finir, il vous sera demandé de procéder au lavage intérieur et extérieur du véhicule (20€ pour chaque prestation). Aucune agence digne de ce nom Ne se permet de facturer cette prestation en plus. Cela doit être compris dans le package. Mais il semblerait que tropik location ne soit pas une agence très professionnelle.

Fuyez cette « agence » qui vous gâchera votre séjour !! Il y en a des bien plus sérieuses à Mayotte et qui savent comment gérer une entreprise.

A éviter.

- Véhicule en mauvais état
- Un problème technique a été signalé sur le véhicule, la société nous a pris de haut et nous a accusés d’avoir créé le problème, sans avoir vu le véhicule
- Quelques heures plus tard, ce problème technique nous a bloqué les roues arrière en plein roulage! Danger absolu, avec un bébé a l’arrière...
- On nous à prêté un véhicule publicitaire en remplacement, et on nous a rappelés le lendemain pour nous dire de le ramener “car ils en ont besoin” (c’était quand même à la société de venir le chercher!)
- Quand nous avons fait le déplacement pour récupérer le véhicule initial, notre discussion avec le propriétaire à mal tourné, car ils nous prenait toujours autant pour des idiots. D’ailleurs, il suffit de voir ses réponses dans les avis Google pour se rendre compte de son attitude.
- Aucune excuse, aucun dédommagement, mais des accusations et de la mauvaise foi.

Une société malhonnête, à éviter absolument.

On a le choix sur les voitures. Si tu veux belle voiture neuve et ben faut mettre le prix sinon niveau rapport qualité prix intéressant.

!! Watch out scam! Present for 10 days on the island we decided to rent a car. From the day after the rental, the car broke down. We were parked on a parking lot when we decided to leave and the car did not restart. So we call the agency that directly accuses us of listening to music in the motor car turned off and so it is our fault that the battery is empty out that we never did that! And what about the car after 15 minutes? We are asking them to come to us and help us to do that. The head of the agency asks us to get on the road and PUSH the car over 10 km!!! A shame!! Of course we don't let ourselves be done and he ends up agreeing to come to us troubleshooting, but we warn that we will have to pay 120 € if he realize that it is actually there empty battery. When the mechanic arrives he tells us that it is indeed the battery that has emptied, after having reloaded it with cables he tells us that we can leave but who tells us that the car will not start again tomorrow? We had to justify more than 20 minutes on our honesty before he agreed to change the battery. He himself made us understand that his boss was far from being right in his company. Anyway, a few days later we're losing luck on the road (I advice you a 4 x 4 car for the condition of roads on this beautiful island), trying to change the wheel we're going to realize that the key doesn't even go into the bolts so that they're changed and so that they're routed shut up! We had to stop people on the road and go to the hammer! When I called to warn them I heard a lady say "oh not yet" as if it wasn't the first time a client had this incident. Moreover, the car didn't even have a glass product inside it, you can see right away that they don't take care of their cars at all and rely on their customers to leave a maximum of their bail! The director is more than unpleasant, it looks like he wants to enjoy the naiveté of people to take as much money as you can not let you do!! Finally, by going back to the car we surprised a phone conversation that he had with a client in which he told him it was his fault if there was no oil in the engine and if the engine was broken it was his load. Which rental agency have you ever seen? Recharge the levels to the client? I tell you, especially never go ever there! Big scavengers!! Go to Garcia rental we have heard that of course on them and we really regretted not having been home. I wish you a very good stay on the island, full of beautiful things to see enjoy!! Ps: to the person of tropik renting to my comment. Do not try to put my blame on it as you did on the previous comments, when we have a business that sells services to people, we recognize its mistakes and apologize. If you want to keep clients learn to be courteous.

arnaque! à éviter!
J'ai versé un acompte de 100 euros pour la réservation d'un véhicule dont j'ai la preuve sur mes relevés bancaires.
L'agence n'a rien voulu entendre, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient jamais rien reçu, même après m'être rendue expressément sur place...
conclusion, j'ai payé 100 euros et je n'ai eu aucun véhicule!

Ma chère dame il faut faire quoi de plus nous vous avons prouver par mail avec le relever de banque du mois de la Bred ,vous voulez que je vous rembourse de l'argent que j'ai jamais eu ( pas mal celle ci) ,voir avec votre banque ??? Il faute arrêter de mettre n'importe quoi sur les forums .

Affirmatif nous comprenons que nous avons pas toujours le sourire quand un véhicule rentre dans un état lamentable et que le client est en retard pour son avions sa devient de notre faute alors qu'il na pas su gérer son temps.
