Oui, il y a beaucoup de monde et oui, c'est assez cher, mais pour de tels chefs d'œuvre, c'est inévitable ! On ne sait plus où regarder (avec un bon guide, c'est mieux). Pensez à vous aérer dans les jardins du Vatican, c'est vraiment apaisant après la foule...

Magnifique mais si vous êtes allergique au TROP de monde, n'y pensez même pas car c'est vraiment pénible et on passe à côté de l'expérience tellement c'est insupportable, dommage!

A faire un dimanche à 12h lors de l'Angelus. Le pape apparait à la fenêtre et une incroyable ambiance anime la place saint Pierre. Il y a cependant beaucoup de monde pour visiter le lieu ensuite. Je trouve que le billet est très cher par rapport à d'autre monument mais très impressionnant à voir.

We made the Vatican Museums early July… Unable to book the cup on the site so we made the tail. About 1 h 45 to return. But at the limit, once we know that is not what is worst. The worst is once returned….You thought you ended up with the queues, and no! Every 10 m, a guard stops people to leave the time for people who have to evacuate some places and that all the long! People are impatient, push, try to go faster than everyone, it is hot, short of cattle in a museum!! Friends canada and claustrophobes, I would warn you of this experience because anyway you will not be able to go out, you have to browse the whole museum to arrive at the Sistine chapel where anyway nobody respects the place so much as there is a world: people speak loudly, take pictures and continue pushing to get out faster than others! By far the worst tourist experience in my life! However, once you take away all this, the place is majestic and full of history but I advise you not to go in summer to really appreciate the places. Also, between the metro and the museum you will be alpaguer by false tourist guides selling you a guided tour and a queue but much more expensive than what you find on the Internet. They are not people authorised by the Vatican Tourism Office, contrary to what they say:)

La visite est très riche et nécessite du temps mais que de trésors !
Nous avons pris un guide extérieur afin de mieux circuler et cela permet également de couper court aux files d'attente d'entrée au Vatican.
