Hotel with modern and design common areas offering several services.

 27 rooms with very modern decoration and very clean. Every room has a lovely private bathroom, air-conditioning and a free internet connection. Its soundproofed windows ensure a calm rest. For its public areas, a pretty small living room and breakfast room are also well designed. The reception offers many services including reservation of museums or restaurants, and airport shuttles.

Great hotel great team! Rooms clean and spacious; location is really good just outside Bici Baci to rent vespa too!

Demetra Hotel is a fabulous boutique style hotel in the heart of Rome, within easy access to Termini station a few mins walk away.
