Small hotel in a Roman palace with a very good quality-price ratio.
Good value for money for this small hotel located in a Roman palace with elevator, a stone's throw from Termini station. Ideal if you need to catch an early morning train. Colorful, modern rooms, all with private bathrooms. The friendly staff will be happy to organize guided tours of Rome for you. The hotel is strategically located: the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and, a little further on, the Colosseum are within easy walking distance. There's also plenty of transport in the vicinity of the station.

Hôtel fidèle à la description. Lit confortable, douche spacieuse. Le personnel est à notre écoute et agréable. L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'un arrêt de bus et la gare principale est à 5mn à pied. Un vrai atout ! Faites seulement attention la nuit à votre sécurité aux abords de la gare.
Le petit déjeuner reste cependant léger : peu de spécialistes locales et assez industriel.
Je recommande néanmoins cet établissement !

Great hotel one block from Termini Station. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. It’s on 4th floor and there is kettle inside the room. The room and bathroom are indeed small, but it’s quite clean. Tourist tax currently €6 per person per day

Un hôtel qui répond exactement à sa classification 3 étoiles (pas 2 et pas 4):
Un accueil parfait.
Des couloirs très bien décorés.
Des chambres avec douche et placard, climatisation, mini bar, fenêtres double vitrage, très propres.
Un accueil petit déjeuner continental salé sucré, café expresso ou américain, thé, chocolat, jus de fruits juste comme il faut. Des hôtes parfaitement à l'écoute.
Hotel au 4 et 5 ème étage avec ascenseur.

No sé cómo evaluarlo. Debido al problema del pasaporte, no pudimos registrarnos en el hotel a tiempo. Nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel con cuatro o cinco días de antelación por correo electrónico e intentamos negociar para cancelar la suscripción, pero el hotel se negó a cancelar el pedido. Intentamos negociar para deducir el 20% de la tarifa de la habitación como la tarifa de pérdida del hotel, pero el hotel aún no estaba de acuerdo. Después de varios correos electrónicos, el hotel ni siquiera respondió e ignoró directamente nuestra solicitud. Una muy mala experiencia llevó a la destrucción de nuestro itinerario.

que trabaja. Los habitaciones son correctas y la limpieza de habitación muy buena.
No obstante, volver antes de las 22:00 al hotel. Es una calle muy transitada por homeless que se refuegian en los bajos y alrededores de la estación de Termini.
Llegué en el ultimo tren del aeropuerto de FCO a Termini sobre las 00:45 am y al salir de la misma en un trayecto de 3 min al hotel me sentí bastante intimidado (hay poca iluminación), parecía un campo de zombies de The Walking Dead.. Evitad el McDonald's y alrededores 24/7 de noche.
