Un personnel fort sympathique, dévoué. Nous avions demandé des petits-déjeuners sans gluten et l'hôtel s'est arrangé pour nous servir des produits adaptés. L'hôtel est calme, situé en haut d'une colline, à une poignée de minutes de la gare San Pietro et de la place Saint Pierre (Vatican). Il y a une très belle vue sur la terrasse de l'hôtel...
Seul bémol : la ventilation bruyante dans la salle de bain dès que la lumière est allumé, on dirait qu'il y a un avion qui va décoller dans la chambre !!!!
