Everything we could have wanted from our trip to Rome! The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was very clean and classically decorated, shower great and bed super comfy! Lovely and quite, and working AC which we definitely needed! Breakfast was nice, especially the cakes and pastries! Also walking distance to everything and we had a very nice dinner at 'The Brambles' which is just around the corner. Would absolutely recommend Des Artistes to anyone wanting a comfortable, authentic Rome stay!

Séjour de 4 nuits à Rome

I was booked for 3 nights but my room was so full of dust it set off a bad allergic reaction. We decided to move to another hotel after one night - a similarly priced one in the same neighbourhood and it was outstanding. The original hotel offered a new room but I figured they would all be the same. He also said they would refund my room tax but that never happened. I don’t usually write bad reviews but contact the hotel directly, which i did in this case outlining the issues above. I didn’t ask for a refund or any compensation and it’s a week later and I’ve had no reply, hence this review

Me and my friend are travelling and needed somewhere to stay for a night in Rome, we found this place and it was really reasonable. The breakfast was lovely, easy access to central Rome. Reception were lovely and so helpful and kind. Peter especially, was so kind and engaging. All in all, great stay, and would recommend :)

Un hotel a buen precio y perfecto para conocer Roma. El personal muy atento y servicial. Su cercanía a Termini y otros medios de transporte es una gran ventaja. Muchos lugares cerca donde desayunar, comer y cenar.

Péssimo atendimento e falta de empatia com o cliente. Fizemos uma reserva pelo hotel.com, confirmada e paga para o Hotel dês Artistes. Nosso vôo chegou de madrugada e ao chegar a frente a este hotel e estava de portas fechadas ,tinha um aviso para interfonar, pois a depois as 11h da noite fica fechado a portaria Interfonamos e o atendente de plantão fez pouco caso, não falava o básico de inglês e ficamos do lado de fora em plena 2 horas da manhã em uma rua parada. Estava vendo a gente pela câmera e nenhum momento desceu para nos auxiliar. Só dizia que era pra gente caminhar 5 minutos para outra propriedade do hotel e olhar a mensagem do booking. Não entendemos nada. Continuamos insistindo e nada. Pegamos nossas coisas e fomos andar nas proximidades e por sorte um hotel nos recebeu e acolheu. Brasileiros principalmente passem longe desse hotel des Artistes. Tem mais hoteis próximos, evite raiva e não perca do seu suado dinheiro. Minha revolta é grande! Um descanso grande, poderíamos ter sido assaltados sozinhos e até ter corrido o risco de ter dormido na rua se não houvesse vaga no outro hotel.

BRASILEIROS NÃO RESERVEM ESSE HOTEL!
Tinha uma reserva que estava paga e meu voo chegava de noite, cheguei no hotel e ele estava fechado. Em plena madrugada fiquei pra fora sem qualquer assistência e não recebi qualquer mensagem do hotel. Tive que sair procurando sozinha outro hotel pra ficar. Péssimo atendimento sendo que a pessoa da recepção passava outro endereço do que o apresentado na reserva que não condizia com as ruas próximas. A pessoa conversava comigo pelo interfone mas em nenhum momento desceu pra me ajudar.

Érkezésünkre délelőtt került sor, így a szobákat még nem lehetett elfoglalni. Ez szerencsére nem jelentett problémát, mivel a szállásnak van pogyásszmegőrző helyisége a lift mellett, így bepakolhattunk oda. Ezen felül a 2. emeleten vannak kihelyezett poggyászmegőrző szekrények, melyek érmével működnek. Utolsó napon reggelit követően jelentkeztünk ki, így a poggyászokat szintén bepakolhattuk a poggyászmegőrző szobába.
A szobákat nem a főépületben, hanem a szomszéd lépcsőházban kaptuk (706, 708). Nagyon szuper volt, saját előszobából nyíltak a különálló, saját fürdőszobákkal rendelkező szobák. Igényesen voltak berendezve a szobák, amolyan klasszikus módon. A szoba felszereltsége teljesen kielégítő volt. Vízforraló (nagyon tiszta), kávék és teák álltak a rendelkezésre. A fürdőszobában mindenféle kiegészítő volt, és kaptunk eldobható szobapapucsot is.
Nagyon tiszta volt minden (de komolyan nagyon tiszta!), az ágy és a párna igazán kényelmes volt.
A recepción minden időpontban találtunk valakit, és minden esetben kedvesek, segítőkészek és mosolygósak voltak velünk. Igazán vendégbarát szálloda (habár a reggeliző helyiségben kissé furcsák voltak a dolgozók, de biztos a személyiségük ilyen)!
A svédasztalos reggeli elfogyasztására 07:00 és 10:00 között kerül sor. Nagyon finom volt minden. Gyümölcslevek, különböző kávék automatákból fogyaszthatók. Többféle zsemle, sajt és felvágottak álltak rendelkezésre. Legalább 4-5 féle süteményből (amolyan pite) és édes pékárukból és fánkokból is lehetett választani. Ha valmi kifogyott, azonnal pótolták.
A wifi rendben volt.
A szállástól 200 méterre található a "B/B1" metró vonal Castro Pretorio állomása, valamint a Termini állomás 700 méterre található, mely egyúttal az "A" metró vonal megállója is.
Összességében kijelenthető, hogy egy jó elhelyezkedésű, minőségi, jól menedzselt tényleg 3 csillag színvonalú szállásban szálltunk meg, ami az elvárásaink fölött volt.

All in all it was a nice stay and helped us enjoy Rome by staying very close to the city center. The personnel was very friendly and helpful and offered a lot of useful info. The rooms were cleaned daily. Thanks!

Bonne prestation. Situé à proximité d'une station de métro et de la gare, parfait point de départ pour visiter Rome. La terrasse sur le toit est sympa.

Hotel propre et assez calme. Accueil sympathique. Bonne situation: proche de la gare termini et à 2 pas d'un bouche de métro, ce qui en fait un bon point de départ pour visiter après.

An address shiny and a good quality/price ratio. The beautiful terrace is the ideal place to meet other travellers and conessainces
