Located in a shopping street 300 m from Termini station, this hotel offers undeniable comfort and charm for rates that remain gentle for Rome. Its rooms are pleasantly decorated and are located inside a building that includes several other hotel establishments. The suites, at the very top of the building, are superb with their vast balcony overlooking the city. The hotel does not offer a restaurant, but international breakfast is served every morning. Very friendly family welcome, rare in a hotel of this category.

The photos are so far than the reality , I never noticed that the rooms only on the third floor on the building (other floors for many different hotels ) , however the reception is in the ground floor !!! . Curtains looks grey because of dirt ,toilet handles need to be fixed as well (I locked inside it!) ,one light doesn’t work inside the room , in general it needs to be maintained and better to mention it’s just a sharing building .

Experiência pessima… a única coisa que salva é a localização por ser perto da estação Termini. Hotel antigo, sujo, ralo do banheiro entupido, pedimos várias vezes para resolverem e nada. Entrada escura e suja, não limpavam nem as folhas. Não recomendo para ninguém. E parecia ser uns 3 hotéis juntos, no entanto que meu quarto nem era do Philia, era um outro.

Senkinek nem ajánlom, kritikán aluli a hely. Egy percet nem tudtam maradni, át kellett jelentkeznem egy másik hotelbe. Egy igazán igénytelen hely,nem voltak a helyzet magaslatán. A szobát amit kaptam nem volt kitakaritva, büdös volt.
