Warm and elegant apartment with different rooms with a particular charm.

A beautiful example of a bed and breakfast where availability, charm and comfort are a must. The rooms have been carefully decorated, passion and taste can be seen immediately, all with simplicity; they are comfortable with special attention to detail. A warm and elegant place with all the necessary modern services. Each room has its own particular charm. For breakfast, no problem, the area is full of excellent bars. What better way to start the day than with a traditional Roman breakfast... cornetto and cappuccino!

Ho soggiornato per una notte e non mi sono mai trovato cosi bene in altre parti.Camera super pulite,all’esterno delle camere una zona caffè gratis,e Antonio super disponibile nel spiegarci come muoverci alla meglio per Roma.

My husband and I booked the Rioni Monti Suites for two nights via their website. Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our full stay prior to seeing the room. Unfortunately, after entering the room we noticed a number of small bugs on the headboard of the bed and the wall behind the bed. When we informed the staff at the time, their solution was to wipe down the headboard with cleaning solution. Upon further inspection, we discovered more of the same bugs and were not comfortable staying in the room. Luckily, we were able to book another hotel nearby. When we returned to the Rioni to speak to someone about the situation, Manuela directed us to contact Zakir. As soon as we mentioned we were uncomfortable staying in the room, he became extremely defensive, and waffled between telling us that he couldn’t issue any kind of refund (even partial) because he wasn’t in charge, and telling us that there was no one else we could speak to to try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we would have had to cancel 48 hours in advance, but there is no way we would have known about the presence of bugs in the room prior to our arrival. He also repeatedly argued that other guests did not have similar complaints, despite us showing him the bugs immediately after entering the room. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend to others.
