Gabriele Bonci set up his bread and pizza oven in this little store tucked between a barbershop and a drugstore. And it was from here that he conquered Rome and the Romans, so much so that he even hosted the best forno competition on Italian television! Few tourists venture down this one-way street. Yet it's here that you'll find some of the best - and certainly most famous - pizza al taglio in the Italian capital. Refined dough and choice ingredients are the hallmarks of Bonci's success.

Dobre jedzenie, ale nie na poziomie swojej sławy. Pizza sprzedawana na wage, mozna poprosic o małe kawałki, a spróbować wiecej rodzajów. Gdybym stał w kolejce, która tam była jak odbierałem zamówienie, to bym się na koniec zawiódł. Nic specjalnego ale dobre.

Rispetto e stimo il prodotto. Personalmente 30€ mi sembrano un po’ troppi per una pizza al taglio senza neanche la possibilità di avere un tavolino dove mangiarla.
