The piada, or piadina, is a cake that serves as the basis for a sandwich typical of Emilia Romagna. Choose the filling of your choice: the most typical piadina is filled with raw ham, squacquerone (a fromage frais) and arugula, but the house also offers alternatives based on tuna, salmon or hot sausage. Once ordered, wait a few minutes and then take your piadina with you to enjoy it at the foot of the fountain in Piazza della Madonna dei Monti, where Rome's trendy youth meet at the end of the day.

Piadine buone e di tutte le locations finora provate decisamente la migliore. Prendo sempre la leggenda e qui la fanno proprio buona. Sono anche molto veloci.

Muy bueno, la comida y muy rápido, el servicio muy amable y no estuvo muy concurrido cuando fuimos por lo que pudimos sentarnos. Aunque fuimos a las 15h. Lo único malo que al ser pequeñito no tiene Wc.

Vraiment excellent ! Il y a de la place pour se poser pour manger, c’est pas super cher et vraiment bon ! Service rapide et Piadine très bonne ! Nous y sommes retournés une deuxième fois tellement c’était bon ! Je recommande
