A change from the rich ingredients of Roman cuisine! This delicate concept store offers young shoots, aromatic herbs and spices of all kinds. The vegetarian and vegan plates are as fine as they are fragrant and feature vegetables from the garden in salads, tartars, carpaccios and soups. The desserts are also particularly tasty. Books, organic wines and plants are also available for sale. Two good vegetarian addresses in the heart of the Trastevere and Monti districts.

Che vi trovate a Roma come turisti oppure come residenti, dovete provare questa osteria. Tutto rimanda al riciclo e al rispetto ambientale: il locale è raccolto e presenta scaffali e vasi da fiori ricavati dalle casse di legno per la frutta, le bottiglie d'acqua sono rigorosamente di vetro e i piatti sono composti da un materiale di origine vegetale. Questa attenzione si trasmette anche nelle ricette stesse: piatti principalmente vegetariani con ingredienti biologici ed erbe aromatiche coltivate da loro ed uso prevalente di proteine vegetali come ceci, lenticchie etc. Porzioni normali e sapori ottimi, con una particolare varietà di aromi della regione. I prezzi sono economici considerando la zona piuttosto centrica della capitale e personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Consigliato al 100%

Sono tornato per portare degli amici non di Roma. Mancavo da un po’ ma sembra che il tempo si sia fermato. E meno male perché il bel ricordo ha trovato conferme. Abbiamo assaggiato tutti piatti diversi (santa donna che non si è lamentata!), uno meglio dell’altro. Il locale è curato e semplice. L’atmosfera intima e piacevole. Un posto non soli per vegani. Vale proprio la pena provare

Un peccato che, essendo un posto che si rivolge anche a vegani, non sia indicata la presenza di latticini nei piatti
