Between Villa Borghese and Termini Station, a fish restaurant with an established reputation. In an elegant dining room, Stefano and his wife carry on the family tradition, serving seafood dishes such as octopus from Gaeta, mussels with tegamino or sole. Raw materials arrive daily from the southern coast of Lazio or from the surrounding countryside. Stefano's advice is a must, and he offers a "surprise" menu of 8 dishes that he chooses himself.

Restaurant repéré sur guide mais un peu difficile à trouver ... (les plans sont petits et donc les noms des rues écrites en petits caractères) . Du coup on a bien mérité cette pause déjeuner italienne : intérieur chic, on est tout de suite dans le décor d'une bonne table. Nous avons choisi le poulpe ce jour là , belle découverte, Les cuissons sont bonnes et les goûts juste délicieux.Le personnel est à vos bons soins sans être gênant. La note pour 2 fût un peu "salée" en comptant le prix du service, couvert, boissons etc... mais bon moment et il faut essayer autre chose à Rome qu'une pizza...
