Between Villa Borghese and Termini Station, a fish restaurant with an established reputation. In an elegant dining room, Stefano and his wife carry on the family tradition, serving seafood dishes such as octopus from Gaeta, mussels with tegamino or sole. Raw materials arrive daily from the southern coast of Lazio or from the surrounding countryside. Stefano's advice is a must, and he offers a "surprise" menu of 8 dishes that he chooses himself.

Bien, peu de monde dans le restaurant, 3 tables seulement. Les prix sont excessifs, pas de vin au verre, pas de menu hormis en italien.

À Rome et envie de poisson bien préparé et frais ? Excellente adresse! On a pris le menu à 45euro et c est le patron qui choisit de quoi il sera composé. C est une adresse qui vaut la peine.
