The décor is a little rococo, with gilding and red velvet in a subdued setting, tailor-made for dinner rather than lunch. The menu will delight fish lovers, especially raw fish (tartares, ceviche, carpaccio), as here the chef, who handles the riches of the sea to perfection, has created a special menu of raw dishes. He offers two copious gourmet menus at reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of the dishes, one of which focuses on raw antipasti. All Rome is clamoring for a table here, so remember to make reservations.

Crudo spettacolare sia di sapore che come presentazione! Ho apprezzato tantissimo la spiegazione dei piatti da parte del personale della sale, con tanto di provenienza dei prodotti offerti.
Il mio risotto alla crema di crostacei erano delizioso, delicatissimo. Bello anche poter trovare un pezzettino di Sardegna verace (Fregola e Seadas).
Unica pecca... Non aver Sa Tanca a Bologna!!????
