The décor is a little rococo, with gilding and red velvet in a subdued setting, tailor-made for dinner rather than lunch. The menu will delight fish lovers, especially raw fish (tartares, ceviche, carpaccio), as here the chef, who handles the riches of the sea to perfection, has created a special menu of raw dishes. He offers two copious gourmet menus at reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of the dishes, one of which focuses on raw antipasti. All Rome is clamoring for a table here, so remember to make reservations.

Excellent alternative to the standard Italian cuisine. Focusing on seafood dishes with a flare for fine dining. Our server provided a wine suggestion that paired with the meal. We finished our second course thinking it was a great dinner, then dessert came, WOW. Best desserts I've had this trip.

If you are spending a long period in Italy or Rome and want something different, you can't go wrong here.

Un luogo veramente particolare ed esclusivo.il cibo buonissimo. Lo chef fa perdonare l’attesa per alcuni piatti servendo costantemente piccoli assaggi e delizie preparate al momento. Consigliatissimo. Unica nota dolente ma adeguata alla qualità è il costo: non aspettatevi di spendere meno di 100 €, soprattutto se prendete del buon vino.

Abbiamo deciso di provare la Crostaceria SaTanca, sperando in un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello. Nonostante un pasto apparentemente delizioso, la realtà è diventata chiara due giorni dopo quando tutti e quattro abbiamo iniziato a soffrire di vomito, diarrea e febbre.

Nonostante il cibo sembrasse inizialmente buono, è evidente che qualcosa non andava. I sintomi si sono manifestati solo successivamente, indicando un possibile problema igienico o di conservazione.
